CBD (cannabidiol) is the second most prominent cannabinoid in the hemp plant. It is the breakdown product of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol). It can also be generated by a variety of processes including heat and CO2 extraction. Regardless of the method, CBD can be obtained as a pure distillate powder.

CBD has been reported to; Relieve anxiety, Relieve pain, Reduce inflammation, Reduce heart rate, Reduce blood pressure, Reduce muscle spasm, Reduce THC side effects. It has also been known to be antioxidant and antipsychotic. Recent publications report that CBD may also cause a reduction in plaque associated with dementia (Alzheimer’s).

Our CBD is made with pure CBD distillate (no hexane), mixed with a small amount caprylic oil and dissolved in pure MCT oil. It is available in 1-ounce amber glass bottles with a glass dropper. The suggested method of dosing is under the tongue – yet, many people satisfactorily swallow the preparation. If giving CBD to your pets, adding directly onto their food seems effective as well.
