When discussing the proper use of probiotics for a healthy digestive system, people often give me sideways glances when I refer to them as “gut bugs” or “belly bugs”. I can understand the looks on one hand, but on the other, do people not realize that nearly every inch of our body is covered in an organism of some type all of the time?
